We also offer Custom Synthesis, Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) and Custom Process Development services. The Laboratories, pilot plants and manufacturing unit setup are highly flexible and can support a range of complex reactions with temperature ranging from - 80 C to +250 C, as well as large-scale hydrogenation and other pressure reactions. These plants have capabilities to handle Cyanation, Birch reduction, most reduction chemistries involving pyrophoric reagents and other difficult to handle chemistries.

Our unique set of products and manufacturing capabilities add values to the custom synthesis projects. We are often able to custom-manufacture products for substantially lower cost and considerably at a faster rate, than most customers themselves can. Our team, possessing decades of chemical experience, can typically bring a project to full commercial production in a matter of months – sometimes even weeks. We have the in-house capability to design, engineer, improve or modify processes, scale them up in our pilot plant, and then move them to commercial production in a multi-use or dedicated facility.

Pharmaceutical development covers the entire spectrum of activities from chemical processes to Clinical trial material (CTM) manufacturing. Chemical manufacturing from Kilogram to multi ton scale is accomplished by leveraging our plant network and supply chain. We are able to tailor the supply chain for production chemistry to meet the specific project deliverables of individual customers in terms of optimal speed and cost, while appropriately handling process safety, regulatory compliance and complexity.
